I grew up in Allen, TX with my parents and siblings. At Allen HS, I began to play rugby and started working as a mover to stay fit in the off-season. After I graduated I moved to Louisiana, moving and rugby followed and supported me as I continued education in Shreveport, Mandeville, and eventually back in Dallas.
After studying Culinary Arts at the Art Institute, I moved around Texas and discovered a new home in Fredericksburg in the Texas Hill Country. There, I discovered my other passion: wine. With food and wine as natural pairs, I look forward to combining them with my first passion for moving and helping people from all walks of life.
