Tristan was born in San Antonio, Texas but moved around his entire life due to a father who spent 20 years in the Air Force. Although he was born in San Antonio, Tristan spent the majority of his formative (teenage) years in California. Southern bred, western raised is what he likes to call it!
Tristan graduated culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu of Austin back in 2012, and has been cooking professionally ever since. Covid has put a huge damper on the industry, and his go getter spirit is being crushed by the long periods of slowness his industry is currently facing.
Tristan has been utilizing all this free time by getting back into the boxing gym/jiu jitsu mat, and has since set a goal for himself to attain his personal training license within the next 18 months. That’s a little bit about him! He looks forward to getting to know whoever reads this!
