Ben C.

Ben was born and raised in Harare, Zimbabwe which is in Southern Africa. He graduated high school in 2016 and took the year after to travel around the continent as a professional photographer for a small start-up. In the summer of 2018, he moved to Dallas TX to join his mother and stepfather. He did 2 years of college at Brookhaven Community College and transferred to The University of Texas at Austin in the fall of 2020. He is now entering his senior year as a Government major. Ben enjoys writing, photography and any competitive sport. He enjoys heights with a view and late-night drives or bike rides. He also enjoys painting; he is not that good but he enjoys it nonetheless. He has worked at two burger places so his favorite food is anything that’s not a burger.
