- Particle board furniture: Covered at $0.60/lb only due to its inherent fragility.
- Owner-packed boxes: If you packed it, we can’t guarantee what’s inside.
- Appliances: Disconnection/reconnection requires a signed liability waiver.
- Attic items: We can’t enter attic spaces for safety reasons.
- PODs or rental trucks: Coverage only applies when we’re driving our trucks.
- Lost items: We don’t do itemized inventories, but we load, unload, and sweep the truck to make sure everything we empty it completely.
