This was the first time that we have ever used professional movers, so there was some nervousness on my part between the costs, the possible damages, scheduling difficulties, etc. However, this company was fantastic. Scheduling was super easy and got good communication throughout the process. The costs were so reasonable! Our move was within a short distance, so no extra travel expenses so we were able to pay a flat rate. How awesome is that?!? Our two movers, James and Brennon, were just awesome. Totally professional, upbeat, and got things wrapped, loaded and offloaded and unwrapped efficiently. There was no damages that happened for us, not even in the boxes we packed ourselves, cause you know we are not professionals at this. The estimated time for our move was 4.5 hours. It was right at 3 hours per the clock on the pad that kept the time. Freaking phenomenal. While not everyone will get done that fast, know that these guys are not about sitting around wasting your time and money. I highly suggest this company and these 2 movers especially. I will definitely use again for next move.
This moving company is terrific! They are efficient and do everything they can to ensure your treasures are not damaged. They even wrapped our couch in blankets then wrapped it all up in plastic. They did not waste any time and kept me on point of the total hours for the move. We will not use any other movers in the future. Andrew and Michael worked very well together and definitely know what they are doing.
I have used multiple moving companies in the past, many with great reviews, but I was always left feeling taken advantage of. But this move was exceptional! The movers are not only very professional and fast, they are also very smart and hilarious! I was scheduled for a 2.5 hour move (their minimum) for a 3 story townhome, and they KILLED it! Gabriel and Matt had an awesome attitude as they took excellent care of my furniture, and Esteban came by to ensure the move was going smoothly and I had everything I needed. A++ will always recommend!
This is the 2nd time we have used Einstein Moving Company (Dallas) within the last 60 days. It was an outstanding experience. This company is completely focused on superior customer service. No surprise, but multiple confirmation follow-ups to insure everything went well. The moving crews were exceptionally polite, competent, and treated our belongings as their own.
