Erik O.

Management

Erik grew up in a military household and began moving from country to country at a young age; he’s lived in Spain, Austria, and Germany. After landing back in the US, he spent 10 years living in Fredericksburg, Virginia before finally heading south, halfway across the country, to set up camp in Fort Worth. He’s tested the waters as far as work goes along the way, spending time as a sales rep, retail manager, account manager, and most recently as a paraprofessional, among other roles. All the while, he also maintained a mover position with a smaller company in Virginia building up his experience in the field since 2016.

Grant Hardison

Grant H.

Management

I was born in Grapevine and raised in Lewisville, and I now reside in Dallas. I graduated from Lewisville High School, where I was All-District as a tight end in football. I then decided to continue my education at Texas State University in San Marcos, before coming back to the Metroplex.

In my free time, I like to stay busy hanging out with my girlfriend and goofing around with the guys. When I am not active and playing sports, I spend my downtime watching all of the area sports teams, particularly the Dallas Cowboys and Dallas Stars.

Clyde D.

Management

Hey there—I’m Clyde! Originally from the Windy City (Chicago), I’m 28 years old and currently working toward a future in both massage therapy and chiropractic care. I’m a laid-back, people-friendly guy who enjoys staying active. Whether I’m hitting the gym, shooting hoops, or just running around with my dogs, I love to keep moving. I’m also a big fan of video games—Mortal Kombat tops my list, but TEKKEN and UFC are close behind. I’m grateful to be part of the team and always ready to give my all to make your move smooth and stress-free!

David H.

Mover

I'm David Herrera, born and raised in Dallas, Texas. I attended the University of North Texas and graduated with a degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Finance. Throughout college, I worked several jobs to help cover living and college expenses. I'm super personable and love meeting new people from all walks of life. I love everything about the outdoors, except mosquitos — I wish they'd mind their own business. All of my previous work experience is in the customer service and hospitality industry. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym and lifting weights, and I like to push myself to the limit. I believe growth only comes from pushing past your limits and doing the things that scare or challenge you. I'm bilingual, with Spanish as my first language. I look forward to meeting new people and helping take the stress out of moving by making the process easy and seamless.

Devan B.

Mover

Hey, I’m Devan! Originally from Los Angeles, I’ve been moving pretty much my whole life—so you could say it’s second nature to me. I take a lot of pride in what I do and always show up with a great attitude (and usually a big smile, too). Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of two amazing kids. When I’m not spending time with my family, you can probably find me out on the paintball field or cruising on my motorcycle. I love staying active, staying positive, and making sure every move I’m on goes as smoothly as possible.

Drew M.

Mover

Hello, I'm Andrew, but I prefer to be called Drew. I grew up in Queens, New York. I've done some college coursework in a couple of different fields, but my true passion is logistics and seeing how freight moves. I'm more of a hands-on person than a books person, and I consider myself a mechanic, though not certified. I work on my neighbors' vehicles, referrals from friends, and my own — I'm always out in the garage. I'm more of a homebody who loves doing things around the house, though I get out to a movie every once in a while. I recently took in my two youngest children, along with a kitten I found who'd been separated from his mother. I enjoy spending time with him, playing, and helping him heal since he was a bit scared up when I found him. Besides that, I'm just a simple guy who loves his peace and the company of great friends and family.

Elijah R.

Mover

Hi, I’m Elijah Rasberry—born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. I’ve spent most of my life playing football, and I’m currently studying Exercise Science at Florida Atlantic University. When I’m not hitting the books or helping people move, you’ll usually find me at the gym or catching up on my favorite anime—Bleach and One Piece top the list. I’m also passionate about travel and have visited 10 countries so far—Germany and Jamaica are two of my favorites.

Ernesto P.

Ernesto grew up in Dallas and currently lives in Mesquite. He has been on the professional moving scene for a couple years now and he loves what he does! Ernesto is a light hearted guy who loves the experience and goodness that hard work can bring to his life! Ernesto is honored to be the provider for his family of six.
At age 24, he has achieved investments into his future goals and skills that most mature adults would love to boast about! Ernesto is a problem solver at heart and loves any and all challenges that allot him the opportunity to use hard work and intelligence to come up with a solution to any given problem!

Jared G.

Mover

I grew up in Dallas and graduated from Grand Prairie High School. During my senior year, I earned my personal training certification and discovered that fitness was more than just a hobby for me — it became my passion. I've always enjoyed helping others improve themselves, and becoming a personal trainer allowed me to turn that passion into a career. Fitness continues to play a major role in my life, and I take pride in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and encouraging others to do the same. After starting my career as a personal trainer, I later joined UPS, where I worked my way into a management position. Through that experience, I developed a strong appreciation for leadership, teamwork, and keeping operations running efficiently. I enjoy challenging myself, working hard, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time in the gym, staying active, and focusing on self-improvement.

Joining this team is an exciting opportunity, and I look forward to contributing while continuing to grow in my career. I recently relocated to Texas to begin an exciting new chapter in both my personal and professional life. This fall, I will be attending UTA to pursue my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He also attended welding school and earned his welding certification, building a strong foundation in the trade. Through his experience in welding, Nico has learned the value of teamwork, communication, and showing up ready to work every day. He enjoys jobs that keep him moving and allow him to work alongside a strong team. Outside of work, Nico enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and hunting whenever he gets the chance. Ryder B.

Mover

I grew up just north of here, in Keller, Texas. I attended Fossil Ridge High School and graduated in 2023. I began my college journey in Arizona, where I played two years of collegiate football for Arizona Christian University. After my short collegiate career, I transferred to Texas Tech in Lubbock, which is the last school I attended full-time. I'm currently working to support myself so I can eventually go back to school. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, cooking new dishes, and both listening to and playing music on guitar and piano. My first job was as a landscaper in North Richland Hills, followed by a role at a warehouse distribution center in Northlake. Since returning to Texas from Arizona, I've been working as a porter for Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills.

Sully L.

Mover

Hello! My name is Sullivan Lowe. Originally from Missouri, I moved to Arlington, Texas at age two, so most of my life has been spent in unpredictable weather and a hot climate. I was homeschooled initially, then transitioned to a charter school, and later to a private school to prepare for dual credit and to start working at 16. Over the years, I've enjoyed volunteering with Mission Arlington and the Trinity River Trash Bash, along with saving stray animals. On one occasion, I ended up fostering nine homeless puppies and their sweet mom. Safe to say, I've led an eventful and productive lifestyle from early on, and I love getting to help people. On top of this, I've had the honor of meeting my loving wife. We met in high school and gradually grew closer over time. After dating for a little more than two years, we got married, and we've since grown into an even more proactive, supportive, and community-involved couple, ready for whatever comes our way.

Frequently Asked Questions

If your movers are late, you get a discount!

Most movers give you a 4-8 hour arrival window and hope for the best. We commit to a 2 hour window. If we miss it, you get a discount that grows the longer you wait. We call it our On-Time Guarantee, and we rarely need it.

$2,000 damage coverage. Included. Free.

The industry default is 60 cents per pound, that’s like giving $30 for breaking a $1,000 TV. We cover your belongings the way they should be covered, on every single move, at no extra cost.

Our $2,000 damage coverage applies to damages caused by our team on items we pack and transport in our own truck. A few exceptions apply:

  • Particle board furniture: Covered at $0.60/lb only due to its inherent fragility.
  • Owner-packed boxes: If you packed it, we can’t guarantee what’s inside.
  • Appliances: Disconnection/reconnection requires a signed liability waiver.
  • Attic items: We can’t enter attic spaces for safety reasons.
  • PODs or rental trucks: Coverage only applies when we’re driving our trucks.
  • Lost items: We don’t do itemized inventories, but we load, unload, and sweep the truck to make sure everything we empty it completely.

Yes, free cancellation. No deposit required to book. Plans change, we get it. Just give us as much notice as you can.

We accept all major credit cards. We don’t accept cash or checks (companies paying by check for office moves can contact us ahead of time to confirm).

No strangers showing up unannounced. A few days before your move, we send your crew’s names, photos, and bios. All background-checked, all pros.

Yes, Einstein Moving Company is a full-service moving company. We pack, load, transport, and unload. We handle every step so you don’t have to.

Moves in Fort Worth can take either 2.5 hours minimum or 7 hours on average. Larger moves, longer timelines.

Move time depends on size, distance, and the number of stops. We’ll give you a realistic estimate upfront so there’s no guessing games!

Yes, we have a moving checklist, and it’s a good one!

Our Smart Move Checklist covers everything from start to finish so nothing gets missed and your move stays stress-free.

You don’t need to figure this out, we do it for you. Truck size depends on more than just room count. Square footage, furniture size, and box count all matter. All our trucks are 26-foot box trucks fitting up to 1,800 sq ft of contents, and we’ll confirm exactly what your move needs during your free quote.

The best way to save money on a move is to reduce what moving crews have to handle. The more prep you do before move day, the faster the move, and the lower the bill.

  • Disassemble complex furniture like bunk beds or workout equipment ahead of time.
  • Box up as much as possible before we arrive.
  • Move small misc items (lamps, wall art, garage items) yourself in your own car.
  • Declutter first (don’t pay to move things you don’t need!)
  • Take advantage of free boxes.

Use our Moving Budget Template to help plan and save for your next move.

We are insured in both Texas and Florida. In fact, all moving companies are required by the Texas Department of Motor of Vehicles and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to carry insurance and offer liability for damaged or lost goods.

To confirm, you can go online to either the:

Yes! We handle long distance moves anywhere within Texas. Whether you’re relocating from Austin or Houston to El Paso, or Dallas to Corpus Christi, we’ll handle your move from start to finish.

We consider any move outside your immediate metro area a long distance move. That includes city-to-city moves across Texas.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks out for long distance moves, especially during busy seasons like summer and end-of-month dates. The earlier you book, the more flexibility you’ll have on timing.

Absolutely, we can help you move from a larger home to a smaller one. Downsizing is one of the most common moves we help with. Whether you’re going from a 4-bedroom house to a 2-bedroom apartment, we’ll help you move efficiently.

We move all sizes of homes. Studios, one-bedrooms, large family homes, townhouses, condos, we’ve moved it all. Our team and truck sizes are matched to your specific move size so you’re not paying for more than you need.

Due to liability concerns, we are unable to move items that weigh more than 400 lbs (with certain exceptions).

Additionally, we do not move grand or baby grand pianos. We can move upright pianos as long as it is not going up or down any stairwells. We do not move pool tables unless it has been disassembled and the slates removed.

We also do not offer any kind of vehicle transport for cars or trucks. This includes any recreational motorized vehicles of any kind (such as golf carts, dirt bikes, etc.) as well as riding lawnmowers.

Finally, we do not move drugs or drug paraphernalia; perishable items; items prohibited by law; weapons, explosives, flammable liquids, or anything that would otherwise put the safety of our movers, the truck, the customer, or the customer’s belongings at risk.

If you are unsure whether your items fall into the categories above, please contact us and we’ll be able to help.

Of course we can do partial moves. If you’re only moving certain rooms or a partial household, we can accommodate that. Just let us know what you’re working with and we’ll quote accordingly.

No worries, our crews are trained for stairs and places with tricky access. Just mention any access quirks (narrow hallways, walk-up floors, parking restrictions) when you book so we can plan ahead and avoid any surprises on move day.

Everything that we disassemble will be put back together by our team at the other end. Our movers come with their own fully stocked tool bags so they have all the tools they need and these services are included in our hourly rates.

We are able to provide packing supplies such as boxes, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, and tape to all of our customers. We do charge for these items, but since we typically buy in bulk, the pricing we can offer is often better than anything you can find elsewhere.

If we are doing the packing ourselves, we will bring the required supplies on move day and you will just pay for the items we used at the end of the move.

Important: We do not offer delivery at this time though. If you would like to purchase boxes from us so you can pack yourself, you are more than welcome to come by one of our locations and purchase them from our wonderful staff.

Of course, we are happy to use packing supplies you provide yourself as long as it is new or gently used (emphasis on gently). We may not be able to use some boxes if they are in bad shape as our first priority is ensuring the safety of your belongings.
