Our $2,000 damage coverage applies to damages caused by our team on items we pack and transport in our own truck. A few exceptions apply:

• Particle board furniture: Covered at $0.60/lb only due to its inherent fragility.
• Owner-packed boxes: If you packed it, we can’t guarantee what’s inside.
• Appliances: Disconnection/reconnection requires a signed liability waiver.
• Attic items: We can’t enter attic spaces for safety reasons.
• PODs or rental trucks: Coverage only applies when we’re driving our trucks.
• Lost items: We don’t do itemized inventories, but we load, unload, and sweep the truck to make sure everything we empty it completely.

Yes, free cancellation. No deposit required to book. Plans change, we get it. Just give us as much notice as you can.

We accept all major credit cards. We don’t accept cash or checks (companies paying by check for office moves can contact us ahead of time to confirm).

Moves in Prosper can take either 2.5 hours minimum or 7 hours on average. Larger moves, longer timelines.
